How to Book Your Cleaning Service
Simply send us a booking request, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details you need, including an introduction to your assigned cleaning agent.
General Cleaning Service
Kitchen
✅ Included:
- All benches and surfaces scrubbed and dried
- Exterior of cupboards wiped down
- Dishes washed (If there are many dishes requiring handwashing, extra time may be needed)
- Stovetop wiped down
- Sink, tap, and faucets thoroughly cleaned
- Grease removed from backsplash tiles
- Appliances wiped down
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
❌ Excluded:
- Oven cleaning
- Inside cupboards, fridge, and microwave
- Emptying the dishwasher
Bedroom
✅ Included:
- Bed made
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
- Surfaces and belongings dusted
- General tidying
❌ Excluded:
- Changing bed linen
- Cleaning windows
- Putting away clothes/belongings
Bathroom
✅ Included:
- Mirrors cleaned
- Tiled surfaces around sink and shower/bath wiped down (Full bathroom tile cleaning included in deep cleans)
- General dusting of shelving and belongings
- Toilet, bathtub, and shower cleaned
- Faucets descaled and plug holes cleaned
Living Area
✅ Included:
- Rugs vacuumed or beaten
- Shelves, surfaces, and electronics dusted
- Tables wiped down
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
❌ Excluded:
- Window cleaning
Laundry Room
✅ Included:
- General dusting
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
❌ Excluded:
- Washing, folding, or ironing laundry
Hallways & General Areas
✅ Included:
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
- General dusting of surfaces and décor
Miscellaneous
✅ Included:
- Trash taken out upon completion
- Bins rinsed and new bin bags replaced
- Recycling taken out
❌ Excluded:
- Returning glass/plastic to recycling depositories
Additional Requests & Deep Cleaning Services
If you need any of the excluded services, please discuss this with your cleaner before your appointment—ideally at the time of booking. This ensures we bring the necessary equipment and schedule enough time for the job.
🕒 Extra time may be required for tasks such as oven or window cleaning.
For a more comprehensive clean, including all excluded tasks, we recommend booking a spring clean or deep clean, allowing approximately 8 hours for the job.
🔹 Please note: Additional services are at the cleaner’s discretion. If they are unable or uncomfortable completing a request (e.g., for safety reasons, such as cleaning high windows), they have the right to decline.
